无产阶级领导权的问题是中国新民主主义革命的一个首要问题.只有正确地解决了这个首要问题,才能明确地提出中国新民主主义革命的基本思想.中国共产党第四次全国代表大会虽然提出了无产阶级领导权的思想,但是没有提到和民族资产阶级去争领导权,受彭述之“天然领导权”谬论影响很大,存在着缺陷.所以,不能说“四大”已经提出了新民主主义革命的基本思想.中国共产党正确地解决无产阶级领导权问题,提出新民主主义革命的基本思想,是在1925年五卅运动以后,中国共产党的一些领导人共同努力把马克思列宁主义普遍真理和中国革命具体实践相结合的成果.其中,毛泽东同志作出了重要的贡献.对此,谈一些个人的学习体会,供作参考.
