目的观察中西医结合治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法治疗组在对照组常规抗议基础上,加用中药内服外治,观察主要症状、体征等的改善情况,分析痊愈率、总有效率。结果治疗组痊愈率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗小儿支原体肺炎效果显著,治愈率高,能减轻患儿痛苦,缩短病程,减少副作用,患儿早日康复。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods In the control group, the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine orally and externally, and the improvement of the main symptoms and signs were observed. The cure rate and total effective rate were analyzed. Results The cure rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Integrative treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia significant effect, high cure rate, can reduce the pain of children, shorten the course of the disease, reduce side effects, early recovery of children.
