沥青路面全深度复拌式现场冷再生技术是一种新兴的沥青路面现场维修技术,为了更好的推广该技术,为路面结构设计及路用性能评价提供经验,该文通过系统的室内试验对不同的旧路铣刨深度(即不同的旧沥青面层材料、半刚性基层材料掺配比例)下的水泥稳定全深度复拌式现场冷再生混合料的物理力学特性及路用性能进行了分析研究,提出了该类再生混合料的设计参数与评价指标体系,回归了该类材料的疲劳方程及抗收缩性能曲线,并与实际工程中应用较多的水泥稳定半刚性基层材料进行对比分析可知,由于废旧沥青材料的存在而使得水泥稳定全深度复拌式现场冷再生混合料表现出一定的特殊性,主要包括干燥收缩性能、温度收缩性能的改善及疲劳性能的提高。
