面对政府管制,一家乡镇企业智慧地为自己创造了发展机会一家电子元件厂1984年于浙江某乡镇宣告成立。二十多年后,这个当年小小的乡镇企业已经发展成为庞大的上市股份公司,总资产几十亿元,拥有员工超过3000人,是中国电子行业百强企业之一。从时间上来看,这家公司的发展可以说是和中国的改革开放同步进行的。今天,这家公司基本已经可以像一家正常商业公司那样经营管理了,但是,能够到达这一步并不简单。看似普通的现状实际上是在克服了很多政府管制后才获得的。
In the face of government regulations, a township enterprise has wisely created a development opportunity for itself. An electronic component factory was established in 1984 in a township in Zhejiang. Twenty years later, this year’s small township enterprises have developed into a huge listed company with a total assets of several billion yuan. With more than 3,000 employees, it is one of the top 100 companies in China’s electronics industry. From a time point of view, the development of this company can be said to be synchronized with China’s reform and opening up. Today, this company can basically be managed like a normal commercial company, but it is not simple to be able to reach this step. The seemingly ordinary status is actually obtained after overcoming many government regulations.
