体育是素质教育中的一项重要内容,是发展学生体能的教育教学活动,能提高学生的身体素质,促进学生身心健康成长,使学生获得德智体的全面发展。然而随着科技的发展,体育教学理念和方法得不到及时更新,导致越来越多的学生对体育失去兴趣。为此体育教学要结合新课改的要求实行课堂教学改革,生动体育课堂教学,丰富教学方式,以增加体育的趣味性内容来提高学生的学习兴趣,推动学生积极地参与体育课堂教学,开展各种体育运动,从而为学生迎接未来的学习和生活塑造强健的体魄。
Physical education is an important part of quality education. It is an education and teaching activity that develops students’ physical ability. Physical education can improve students’ physical fitness, promote students’ physical and mental health and grow up, and enable students to acquire moral and intellectual comprehensive development. However, with the development of science and technology, the concepts and methods of PE teaching can not be updated in time, resulting in more and more students losing their interest in sports. To this end, physical education teaching should be combined with the requirements of the new curriculum reform classroom teaching, vivid sports classroom teaching, enrich teaching methods to increase the interest of sports content to enhance students’ interest in learning, to promote students to actively participate in sports classroom teaching, Sports, so as to shape the future for students to learn and live a strong physique.
