在新时期林业建设和发展中,非公有制林业是实现林业跨越式发展的重要力量。分析辽宁省法库县制约林业发展的问题,论述发展非公有制林业的具体措施。
In the new era of forestry construction and development, non-public ownership of forestry is an important force to achieve forestry by leaps and bounds. This paper analyzes the problems restricting the development of forestry in Faku County of Liaoning Province and discusses the specific measures for developing non-public-owned forestry.
