随着显微外科发展及在颌面外科成功地应用,为口腔颌面部大型组织缺损立即整复开辟了新途径。1980年12月至1989年12月我科应用该项技术整复口腔颌面大型缺损96例,总成功率为98.75％,效果满意。总结报告如下:
With the development of microsurgery and its successful application in maxillofacial surgery, it opens up new avenues for immediate reconstruction of large-scale tissue defects in oral and maxillofacial regions. December 1980 to December 1989, our department applied this technique to reconstruct 96 cases of oral and maxillofacial large defects with a total success rate of 98.75%, with satisfactory results.
