患者男性，53岁，于5个月前在当地医院B超查体时发现左肝内有一囊性肿物，诊断为左肝囊肿，来我院行B超复查。超声所见：肝大小形态正常，左肝外侧叶探及一5．6。m×4·2cm0×4·7cm大小的无回声肿块，边界清，囊壁个规则增厚呈多个乳头状中等回声向囊腔内突起，最厚处2．4cm。
A 53-year-old male patient was found to have a cystic mass in the left liver during a B-ultrasound examination at a local hospital five months ago. He was diagnosed as a left hepatic cyst and was referred to B-ultrasound in our institution. Ultrasound findings: normal liver size, left lateral hepatic lobe and a 5.6. An echo-free mass of m×4·2cm0×4·7cm in size was well-defined and the wall of the capsule was thickened with multiple papillary middle echoes projecting into the cyst cavity, with a thickness of 2.4 cm at the thickest part.
