实施素质教育的关键在课堂教学,而课堂教学的一个重要方面就是发扬全体学生的主动精神、自主意识、发展学生的健康个性。要发扬学生的主动精神、自主意识,必须激发学生的学习兴趣,引导学生参与学习。“学起于思,思源于疑”。教学中由提出问题到解决问题是训练思维的基本手段。学生自己发问,能从根本上改变学生等待教师传授知识的依赖心理,学生由被动接受者变为主动探索者。出现问题后,上课时间更多的由学生用来小组讨论以解决这些问题。学生有了充分的学习实践,
