我们将五种来源于人类的低分化恶性上皮性肿瘤细胞系(鼻咽低分化鳞癌、肺低分化腺癌,宫颈低分化鳞癌各一种,胃低分化腺癌二种)移植到饲养于层流架中的1~3月龄NC 及 Swiss(nu/nu)两系裸小鼠,观察其移植瘤转移的某些生物学特性。原代接种细胞数为1~2×10~6细胞/0.5 ml,均一次获成功,共接种裸鼠10只,成活率为100%。五种人癌移植瘤鼠间连续传3~17代不等,共皮下移植两系裸鼠
