采用清洗—碱洗—酸洗工艺对眼镜用精密异型钛材进行真空退火前的预处理,给出了工艺控制条件并进行了讨论。对氢脆的危害进行了探讨,得出了适宜的真空退火条件。试验表明,按确定的真空退火前预处理工艺和真空退火工艺条件处理后的精密异型钛材,能够获得非常光亮的表面,满足后续加工工艺和产品质量要求。
The pretreatment before vacuum annealing of the precision shaped titanium material for spectacles is carried out by using the cleaning-caustic washing-pickling process, and the process control conditions are given and discussed. The harm of hydrogen embrittlement was discussed, and the suitable vacuum annealing conditions were obtained. Experiments show that, according to the determined vacuum annealing pretreatment process and vacuum annealing conditions after treatment of the special titanium profile, can obtain a very bright surface, to meet the follow-up processing technology and product quality requirements.
