在市场经济条件下,企业存在的根本目的就是实现利润最大化,成本管理是企业实现利润最大化的主要手段之一。本文从分析施工企业成本管理中存在的问题入手,对加强和改善施工企业的成本管理提出了具体意见和改善措施,从而有利于施工企业有的放矢地开展成本管理工作。
Under the condition of market economy, the fundamental purpose of existence of the enterprise is to realize the profit maximization. Cost management is one of the main means to realize the profit maximization. This article begins with the analysis of the problems existing in the cost management of construction enterprises and puts forward specific opinions and improvement measures to strengthen and improve the cost management of construction enterprises so as to help the construction enterprises to carry out cost management in a targeted manner.
