目的掌握内蒙古学生人群甲乙类传染病疾病谱流行规律,为控制学生人群传染病流行提供科学依据。方法收集“中国疾病预防控制信息系统”中内蒙古2009—2013年学生人群甲乙类传染病报告卡数据,采用SPSS 17.0进行统计分析。结果 2009—2013年,内蒙古学生人群中无甲类传染病发病报告,乙类传染病报告发病17 986例,以呼吸道传染病(10 991例,61.1%)和血源及性传播疾病(4 977例,27.7%)为主;各传播途径传染病报告发病数均是男性均高于女性(χ2=73.17,P<0.05);84.8%的乙类传染病发生在6~20岁,肠道传染病发病高峰在6~12岁,呼吸道传染病有6~12岁和17~20岁2个发病高峰,而血源及性传播传染病发病高峰则在17~20岁。肠道传染病以9月为发病高峰期,呼吸道传染病有5月和10—11月2个发病高峰期,自然疫源及虫媒传染病在6月发病例数到达高峰,血源及性传播疾病在12个月报告发病数波动不大。结论内蒙古学生人群传染病疾病谱存在鲜明的流行病学特征和流行规律。
Objective To grasp the prevalence of A and B infectious diseases in Inner Mongolia, and to provide a scientific basis for controlling the epidemic of infectious diseases among students. Methods To collect the report card data of Class A and B infectious diseases among the student population in Inner Mongolia from 2009 to 2013 in China Disease Prevention and Control Information System and carry out statistical analysis using SPSS 17.0. Results In 2009-2013, there were 17 986 cases of type A infectious disease reported in Inner Mongolia among the student population, with respiratory tract diseases (10 991 cases, 61.1%) and blood and sexually transmitted diseases (4 977 cases Cases, 27.7%). The incidence of infectious diseases in all routes of transmission was higher in males than in females (χ2 = 73.17, P <0.05); 84.8% The peak incidence of disease in 6 to 12 years old, respiratory infectious disease 6 to 12 years old and 17 to 20 years old two peak incidence, and the peak incidence of blood and sexually transmitted infections in the 17 to 20 years old. Infectious diseases of gut are peaked in September, respiratory infectious diseases have peak incidence in May and October-November. The incidence of natural foci and insect-borne infectious diseases peaked in June, and blood and sexual The spread of disease reported no significant fluctuations in incidence at 12 months. Conclusion There are distinct epidemiological characteristics and epidemic patterns of infectious diseases in Inner Mongolia student population.
