将齿轮传动的因素融合到皮带传动系统中,结合实际,创造性的克服了设备实际运行中存在的问题,提高了皮带的传动效率。将原紧挨主摩擦轮的从动轮通过一级齿轮传动变为主动轮,客观上增大主动轮系与皮带的接触面积,从而达到增大摩擦力的目的,克服提升皮带疲劳打滑的顽疾。
