一、概述高精度光学分度头目前国内产品尚少,考虑到光学仪器向数字化发展趋势,以及为了减轻劳动强度,提高工作效率,我们从70年开始着手研制数字显示的精密光栅光学分度头,研制工作于今年上半年基本结束,现已小批投产。经上海市计量局和有关单位鉴定,仪器精度达到1秒,其它各项指标均达到原设计要求。
