盘状红斑狼疮伴Bell氏面神经瘫痪之病例较为少见,笔者于1983年5月收治一例,特作一短篇报告。患者男性,42岁。双耳、双手背多处红斑伴轻微瘙痒及灼热感半月,继后双侧面颧部出现多数淡红斑,逐渐增多并扩大融合成片状,二个月后类似红斑发展到颈部、胸前以及双前臂。日晒后红斑显著,灼热感加重。三个期后突发左侧头面部疼痛伴左眼闭合不全,迎风流泪及异物感,进食味觉减退。病起无畏寒发烧,无咳嗽气促,无四肢关节疼痛。无结核病和肝炎病史,否认药物过敏史。
Discoid lupus erythematosus with Bell’s facial paralysis of the rare cases, the author admitted in May 1983 a case, special for a short report. Male patient, 42 years old. Significant sunburn erythema, burning sensation worse. Three months after the sudden onset of left facial pain with left eye closure insufficiency, wind and tears and foreign body sensation, eating diminished taste. Fear of cold from a fever, no cough and shortness of breath, no joint pain. No history of tuberculosis and hepatitis, denied a history of drug allergies.
