采用正交试验设计方法研究了起始温度、保温时间、最终温度对废轮胎热解油产率的影响。方差分析表明起始温度、保温时间对热解油产率的影响不显著,热解最终温度对其影响显著,在起始温度为400℃,保温时间为30 min,最终温度为700℃时,油产率最高,达45.50%。傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)分析表明:热解油中富含芳烃、烯烃、烷烃和极性物。以废轮胎热解油作为煤泥捕收剂对东庞选煤厂煤泥进行浮选试验,当捕收剂用量为1 295 g/t,GF油用量为76 g/t时,精煤灰分为9.30%,精煤产率为80.83%,可燃体回收率为91.34%,浮选完善指标为53.26%。结果表明:废轮胎热解油具有较强的捕收性能,同时还有一定的起泡性能,其在浮选过程中的加入可明显减少起泡剂的用量。
The effects of initial temperature, holding time and final temperature on the yield of pyrolyzed oil in waste tire were studied by orthogonal experimental design. Analysis of variance showed that the initial temperature and holding time had no significant effect on the yield of pyrolysis oil, and the final pyrolysis temperature had a significant effect on it. When the initial temperature was 400 ℃, the holding time was 30 min and the final temperature was 700 ℃, The highest oil yield, up to 45.50%. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) analysis showed that: pyrolysis oil is rich in aromatics, olefins, alkanes and polar substances. The waste tire pyrolysis oil was used as coal slurry collector to conduct the flotation test on the slime of Dongpang Coal Preparation Plant. When the amount of collector is 1 295 g / t, the GF oil dosage is 76 g / t, the ash of fine coal is 9.30 %, The yield of refined coal is 80.83%, the recovery rate of combustibles is 91.34%, and the flotation perfect index is 53.26%. The results show that the waste tire pyrolysis oil has good catching property and a certain foaming property. The addition of flotation can obviously reduce the amount of foaming agent.
