金银花越冬老叶成份预试表明含有生物碱、氨基酸、蛋白质、有机酸、酚性化合物、甾体、糖、黄酮,并以具有显著清热解毒、抗菌消炎作用的绿原酸和黄酮为主要指标,与药用金银花和忍冬藤作了比较:越冬老叶中绿原酸含量是金银花的1.41倍、忍冬藤的9.08倍,黄酮含量是金银花的2.78倍、忍冬藤的6.98倍。初步认为金银花越冬老叶有较高的开发利用价值。
The preparatory tests of the overwintering and old leaves of honeysuckle showed that they contained alkaloids, amino acids, proteins, organic acids, phenolic compounds, steroids, sugars, and flavonoids, and they were mainly characterized by chlorogenic acids and flavonoids with significant heat-clearing, detoxifying, and antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. Compared with medicinal honeysuckle and honeysuckle vines: the content of chlorogenic acid in old leaves was 1.41 times that of honeysuckle and 9.08 times that of honeysuckle, and the flavonoid content was 2.78 times that of honeysuckle and 6.98 times that of honeysuckle. It is preliminarily believed that the wintering and old leaves of honeysuckle have high development and utilization value.
