自1995年施行《中华人民共和国食品卫生法》以来,我市餐饮业的食品卫生状况得到了明显改善,但随着市场经济的发展,餐饮业食品卫生管理中也出现了一些新情况、新问题,对此,我们认为有必要加以解决,以更好地保护广大消费者的身体健康。 1 存在问题 1.1 无卫生许可证擅自营业 由于食品卫生监督人员少,对全市的工作难以做到面面俱到,有些小饭店、小摊点未办理卫生许可证而擅自从事餐饮服务活动;由于经营不景气,有些饭店频繁更换经营人员,而卫生许可证却不予变更,仍用原来的卫生许可
