运用胶体金标记的ConA 为分子探针,观察人精子表面ConA 受体在顶体反应中的改变。结果表明:1.人精子表面ConA 受体被一些大分子物质所掩盖,孵育前不被显示。2.孵育后人精子顶体后区质膜集聚ConA 受体,提示该区ConA 受体在精子与卵子识别的过程中起重要作用。
The ConA labeled with colloidal gold was used as a molecular probe to observe the change of ConA receptor on human sperm surface in acrosome reaction. The results showed that: 1. ConA receptors on the surface of human sperm were masked by some macromolecules and were not displayed before incubation. After incubation, human parietal gland plasma membrane aggregates ConA receptor, suggesting that the ConA receptor plays an important role in the process of sperm and egg recognition.
