2型糖尿病的发病率居高不下,严重危害人类健康,其发病机制尚未有统一的定论。多项研究表明,肠道菌群和2型糖尿病的发生密切相关。本文对2型糖尿病和正常人群的肠道菌群在数量、种类方面的差异作一综述。
The incidence of type 2 diabetes remains high, seriously endangering human health, and its pathogenesis has not yet reached a unified conclusion. A number of studies have shown that intestinal microflora and type 2 diabetes are closely related. This article reviews the differences in the number and type of intestinal microflora between type 2 diabetes and normal populations.
