“水窗”波段软X射线非常有利于生物样品的显微成象 ,软X射线全息术可以观察自然状态下生物样品的三维结构 .合肥国家同步辐射光源软X射线光束线使用波带片———针孔线性单色仪从连续波长的同步辐射光中取得准单色软X射线 ,针孔用于压缩带宽提高光的时间相干性 ,同时限制光源的线度提高光的空间相干性 .使用中心波长 4 .5nm的软X射线进行了同轴全息的初步实验 .利用直径 0 .0 3mm的针孔取得准单色软X射线 ,直径 0 .0 1mm的铜丝做物体 ,拍摄成功了软X射线全息图 ,使用氦氖激光得到了重现象 .为了提高全息图的质量必须改善软X射线的相干性 .减小针孔的直径可以同时改善软X射线的时间相干性和空间相干性 ,从而提高全息图的质量 .
