由福建省第十届人民代表大会常务委员会第三十二次会议通过的《福建省实施<中华人民共和国道路交通安全法>办法》(下面简称《办法》)将于今年五月一日起施行,这部地方性法规的修订前后历时近三年,经过多次的讨论和修改,广泛征求了各部门的意见,并吸收兄弟省市的立法成果,在此基础上经过政府、人大会议的多次讨论最终成稿,它的颁布施行,对我省道路交通管理工作的开展将起到积极的促进作用,下面谈谈《办法》的特点和内容:
