我院于1992年开展食管静脉曲张出血内镜下硬化治疗(ES),1996年开展内境下套扎治疗(EVL),两种方法均有较好疗效。现将我院两种治疗方法的结果予以比较。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料:25例患者以呕血加黑便入院,诊断为肝硬化食管静脉曲张出血。1996年前ES治疗17例为ES组。男12例,女5例,年龄18～60岁,平均年龄
In our hospital in 1992 to carry out endoscopic esophageal variceal hemorrhage treatment (ES), in 1996 to carry out in-situ ligation (EVL), both methods have a good effect. The results of our two treatments are now compared. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information: 25 patients admitted to hospital with hematemesis plus black, diagnosed with cirrhosis esophageal variceal bleeding. ES treatment before the 17 cases of ES group. There were 12 males and 5 females with an average age of 18 ~ 60 years old
