党的十六大有一个贯穿始终的灵魂,就是“三个代表”的重要思想。在十六大报告和党章中详细阐述和加进了“三个代表”的重要思想,这样就丰富了我们党的指导思想。因为“三个代表”同马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平理论是一脉相承的。它反映了当代世界和中国的发展变化对党和国家工作的新要求。邓小平同志提出了什么是社会主义,怎样建设社会主义的问题。江泽民同志提出了建设一个什么样的党,怎样建设党的问题。“三个代表”的重要思想,是我们党在新形势下如何保持青春活力的经验总结,是促进我们党和国家不断繁荣昌盛的保证。所以说,“三个代表”是我们党的立党之本、执政之基、力量之源。我们全体党员都要增强落实“三个代表”重要思想的自觉性和坚定性。指导思想对于任何社会行为都是至关重要的,因为它决定行为的方向和方式。指导思想正确,就会使行为的方向和方式正确,就会带来好的社会效应。反之,指导思想不正确,行为的方向和方式的就会走偏路,也
