一、引言在压力容器制造中经常采用中、低强度低碳钢和低合金高强钢,一般说来低碳钢在制造过程中由于冷加工和热的作用,要发生应变时效效应,对于低合金高强钢,因为成份与低碳钢相似,因此其对应变时效往往也是敏感的。可以用简单的拉伸试验来测定应变时效的效应。对于低碳钢和低合金钢来说,其应力一应变关系一般如图l曲线a所示,假如将试件加载到B点,卸载后立即重新施载,则应力一应变
I. INTRODUCTION Medium and low-strength mild steel and low-alloy high-strength steel are often used in the manufacture of pressure vessels.
