本论文讲述了“十二.五”期间我国民航面临着高铁的竞争,应科学合理调整国内航线布局;面对国际市场竞争国内航空公司应转变观念,改革自身的管理理念,优化运营模式,放眼于国际市场,提高国际竞争力;从航空公司现状、机场分布状况、基础设施等各方面指出了我国民航在今后一段时期内所需要解决的问题。笔者认为:根据我国民航目前的现状,要充分发挥我们目前所具备的优势同时积极学习借鉴发达国家的经验,努力改变我们目前所面临的问题,促进民航在“十二.五”期间的快速持续发展。
This paper tells us that during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, China’s civil aviation is facing the competition of high-speed railways and the layout of domestic routes should be scientifically and reasonably adjusted. In the face of competition in the international market, domestic airlines should change their concepts, reform their management concepts and optimize their operation modes , Looking at the international market and enhancing its international competitiveness. The problems to be solved by China’s civil aviation in the coming period are pointed out from the current status of airlines, the airport distribution and infrastructure. According to the current status of China’s civil aviation, the author thinks it is necessary to give full play to the advantages we now have, learn from the experience of other developed countries in an active manner, make efforts to change the problems we now face and promote the development of civil aviation during the “12.5” period Rapid and sustainable development.
