一、1994年湖南金融工作的基本估价 1994年,是湖南金融工作实现重大转折、金融改革与发展取得可喜成效的一年,金融宏观调控收到明显成效各项金融业务加快发展,金融改革取得实质性进展,金融职工队伍得到进一步锻炼和提高。主要表现在: (一)各项金融业务在整顿和规范中加快发展 去年,各银行和金融机构始终把组织存款摆在突出位置,通过改善服务态度,创新服务方式,改进服务手段,不仅扭转了上年企业存款滑坡的局面,而且保持了储蓄存款的持续大幅度增长,金融机构的资金实力大为增强,国有商业银行资金备付率一直保持在较高水平上,年末达到11.83％。
