Plant growth regulators often have a significant effect on stem and leaf growth. However, there is not much research on the effects of root growth, water status and mineral nutrition. PP333 is an experimental growth regulator that can be applied to the soil or stem. Both of these application methods can effectively inhibit the shoot and leaf growth of apple. Some studies have indicated that the application of PP333 in soil has a long-term effect on apple and other fruit trees, and this effect has great effect on root growth, water
