英才教育主要是针对智能发展远远超过同龄人一般发展水平或者具有某方面特殊才能的儿童所进行的特殊教育。世界各国为了各自科技和综合国力的发展极为重视英才教育。文章探讨了发达国家中小学英才教育课程设置的三种模式:智力倾向型培养模式、综合性培养模式和活动倾向型培养模式,希望为我国拔尖创新人才培养的课程设置提供一定的启示。
Talents education is mainly aimed at special education for children whose intelligence development far exceeds the general level of development of their peers or has special talents in one area. All countries in the world attach great importance to education for their talents for their respective development in science and technology and overall national strength. The paper discusses three modes of the curriculum of gifted education in primary and secondary schools in developed countries: intellectual tendency training mode, comprehensive training mode and activity orientation training mode, and hopes to provide some enlightenment for the curriculum setup of China’s top innovative talents training.
