图书价格的不断上涨及服务项目开支的增多,使高校图书馆经费出现异常的紧张,直接影响到图书馆的正常运作。所以,对高校图书馆财务管理工作的加强,能够有效的提高图书馆资金的利用率,促进新时期图书馆的文化建设与发展。
The rising price of books and the increase of expenditure on service items have caused abnormal tensions in the funding of university libraries and have a direct impact on the normal operation of libraries. Therefore, strengthening the financial management of university libraries can effectively improve the utilization rate of library funds and promote the cultural construction and development of libraries in the new era.
