在5月26日举行的四川省第十二届人大常委会第九次会议上,四川省副省长陈文华作《全省深化医药卫生体制改革情况报告》。他说,5年来,国家和省委确定的医改目标任务全面完成,四川省覆盖城乡的基本医疗卫生制度框架初步建立。报告提出,公立医院应建立决策、执行、监督相互分工、相互制衡的权利运行机制,推进院长职业化、专业化,推动公立医院去行政化。
At the Ninth Meeting of the Twelfth Standing Committee of Sichuan Province on May 26, Chen Wenhua, Vice Governor of Sichuan Province, made a “Report on Deepening the Reform of the Medical and Health System in Shaanxi Province.” He said that over the past five years, the medical and health care reform goals and tasks set by the state and the provincial party committee have been fully completed. The basic medical and health system covering urban and rural areas in Sichuan Province has been basically established. The report proposed that public hospitals should establish the operating mechanism for making decisions, implementing and supervising the division of labor and checks and balances with each other, promote the professionalization and specialization of the president, and promote the administration of public hospitals.
