在主排水系统设计矿井水泵房,多级离心泵一般为一组工作,一套备用。系统一般采用手动操作,操作过程中,人的劳动强度的因素,启泵时间越长,自动化程度低,实现峰谷的控制方式,它是不容易的,不能满足现代化煤矿管理的要求。因此,主排水系统的自动化控制是非常重要的。国家安全生产监督管理在2009年12月1日实施的《预防和煤矿水调节》第一百一十八调控管理:严重威胁矿井水,要实现井下泵房无人值守和地面远程监控。
