2003年1月,广西贵港市发生5例不明原因发热病人,其中1例死亡,4例治愈出院。疫情发生后,经调查核实,对照卫生部传染性非典型肺炎诊断标准,广西卫生厅非典型肺炎专家组追踪诊断该5例病人为传染性非典型肺炎(SARS)”临床诊断病例,现报告如下。1 病例简介 病例1:男,26岁,司机。1月8日在广州白云区石景镇发病,主诉发热、咳嗽,胸痛,9日到广州白云区石景镇医院住院3天,用药情况不详,病情无好转,13日回贵港市人民医院住院治疗。体检:呼吸音粗,左肺闻湿性罗音,无淋巴结肿大;血常规检查白细胞偏低;胸部左中上肺野蜂窝状阴影。贵港市人
