本文报告经内窥镜证实的急性十二指肠溃疡患者20例,其中男性19例,女性1例,年龄29～78岁,平均50.8岁。7例有明确的诱因(4例为药物,手术、脑血管意外及急性胰腺炎各1例)。急性十二指肠溃疡的临床症状系突然发病。除1例昏迷病人外,19例均诉有强烈的上腹或右季肋部疼痛,13例有呕血和/或黑粪,5例合并有急性胃溃疡存在(其中3例为幽门窦部溃疡)。内窥镜检查:本病呈广泛分布的表浅性溃疡(溃疡仅波及粘膜下层)。溃疡的形态不规则,溃疡周边粘膜水肿。溃疡的部位分布以球部前壁为最多(50％),
This article reports 20 cases of acute duodenal ulcer confirmed by endoscopy, including 19 males and 1 females, aged from 29 to 78 years with an average of 50.8 years old.
