癫痫发作会造成神经细胞损害,并可导致细胞死亡。细胞死亡中存在细胞凋亡现象。p53及其下游靶基因在细胞死亡特别是诱导凋亡中发挥重要作用。p53基因是多种病理情况下细胞信号传导通路的关键调控点,与其靶基因相互作用共同完成细胞反应。目前已知的靶基因至少有7个:p21waf-1/CIP-1、GADD45、MDM-2、Bax、IGF-BP3、PIG3和细胞周期蛋白(Cyclin)G。
Seizures can cause nerve cell damage and can lead to cell death. Apoptosis is present in cell death. p53 and its downstream target genes play an important role in cell death, especially apoptosis induction. The p53 gene is a key regulator of cell signaling pathways in a variety of pathological conditions and interacts with its target genes to accomplish cellular responses. There are at least seven target genes known at present: p21waf-1 / CIP-1, GADD45, MDM-2, Bax, IGF-BP3, PIG3 and Cyclin G.
