马恩的党报思想是各国共产党党报思想的渊源和指导,但由于时代的特殊规定性,在今天看来,其思想也不可避免的带有某些时代的局限,正是在这个意义上,本文立足于当前实际,着重阐释马恩党报思想中的“三个关系”———党的报刊与党的关系,党的报刊与党的具体工作的关系,党的报刊与人民群众的关系及其现实意义,以期能对实际的党报党刊理论与实践工作有一定的帮助。
