太行山区位于山西省东部,南北狭长,是一个土石山区,为了尽快绿化太行山,从1984年到1986年开展了以县为单位的绿化规划,划分立地类型是绿化规划的基础工作。由于太行山地域较大,气候、地貌、土壤、植被等自然条件复杂,不能编制统一的立地类型表,必须分区分类,即分为若干气候条件和地貌大体一致的亚区,按亚区编制各自的立地类型表。
Taihang Mountain is located in the eastern part of Shanxi Province. It is an earth-rock mountainous area with a narrow area of north and south. In order to green the Taihang Mountain as soon as possible, from 1984 to 1986, the county-level greening plan was carried out. The classification of site type was the basic work of greening plan. Due to the large area of the Taihang Mountains and complicated natural conditions such as climate, landform, soil and vegetation, it is not possible to compile a unified type list of site types.
