目的对2014年5月至2014年10月240份外环境监测样本进行霍乱弧菌检测,了解霍乱弧菌在外环境的存活及菌型分布情况,为制定防治措施提供依据。方法分离培养、血清学试验、系统生化鉴定(API20E)、PCR检测其分型及毒素基因、药敏试验。结果从240份外环境监测样本鲶鱼的肠内容物中检出O43群霍乱弧菌;ctx AB毒力基因检测为阴性,为无毒力的非流行株;该菌株对11种抗生素均显示不同程度敏感性,但对复方新诺明、多黏菌素B耐药。结论本次从鲶鱼肠内容物分离的O43群霍乱弧菌,是东西湖区开展外环境霍乱监测几年来首次检出霍乱弧菌,提示外环境水产品中存在非O1/O139群霍乱弧菌,应加强霍乱监测工作,避免霍乱疫情的发生。
Objective To detect Vibrio cholerae from 240 samples of environmental monitoring from May 2014 to October 2014 to understand the survival and distribution of Vibrio cholerae in the external environment and provide basis for prevention and control measures. Methods Isolation and culture, serological tests, biochemical identification (API20E), PCR detection of its type and toxin genes, drug sensitivity test. The results showed that V. cholerae O43 was detected in the intestinal contents of 240 samples of external environmental monitoring cats. The ctx AB virulence gene was negative and non-virulent non-epidemic strains. The 11 antibiotics showed different degrees Sensitivity, but the compound cotinine, polymyxin B resistance. Conclusion The V. cholerae O43 group isolated from the intestinal contents of catfish is the first Vibrio cholerae to be detected in the outer environment cholera surveillance in Dongxihu district in recent years, suggesting that there are non-O1 / O139 Vibrio cholerae in the aquatic products Strengthen the monitoring of cholera to prevent the outbreak of cholera.
