一、问题的提出氧化锆浓差电池测氧仪具有结构简单、稳定性好、灵敏度高、重现性好、响应快、量程大等特点,现已迅速地在化工、制氧、热工等方面得到广泛运用。以南京浦口电器仪器厂生产的ZO—101、102、103型氧浓差电池测氧仪为例,现已被大型制氧机、精氩提纯、制酸等工艺采用。不久前我们也已用这种仪表取代了空分装置上原作为“纯氮”(实际是微量氧)分析的DH—01型原电池氧分析器。
