针对凸度反馈控制策略选择较难的问题,结合济钢1700ASP控制项目,从理论上推导出机架出口凸度可调范围计算的方法,由此实现了凸度反馈控制策略的选择,得出机架组合参与控制的策略,并推导出凸度偏差分配计算的公式.在此基础上,建立了热连轧凸度反馈控制模型,完成了在线编程、调试和投入工作.至今凸度反馈控制系统已经稳定运行两个多月,生产数据统计表明,投入凸度反馈控制以后,凸度控制精度得到很大提高.
