目前纤维结肠镜已成为诊断结肠疾病的重要工具,广泛应用于临床。然而以往检查前肠道清洁准备,操作较繁,且有的效果欠佳,影响观察。为寻求较好的肠道清洁准备的方法,根据中药大承气汤有荡涤肠垢行气通便作用的启示,我们自1984年9月以来,用加味大承气汤口服,作为纤维结肠镜检查前肠道清洁准备368例,同时无选择地以温开水灌肠相对照,经纤维结肠镜检查评证,前者效果良好,现报道如下:
Currently colonoscopy has become an important tool for the diagnosis of colon disease, widely used in clinical. However, before the inspection of intestinal preparation for clean, more complicated operation, and some poor results affect the observation. In order to seek a better method of intestinal preparation, according to the enlightenment of Dachengqi Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine to clean intestinal intestinal stool effect, since September 1984, we have taken Dachengqi Decoction orally and used as fiber colonoscope 368 cases of intestinal clean preparation before inspection, while no choice to warm water enema compared with the colonoscopy confirmed by the fiber, the former effect is good, are reported as follows:
