我院把病案质量管理作为医疗质量管理的重要途径 ,从病案管理质量和病案书写质量两个方面入手 ,制订规范 ,狠抓落实。定期进行检查考评 ,并将考评结果与医务人员的奖金挂钩 ,有效地提高了病案质量 ,从而促进了我院医疗质量的提高。
In our hospital, the quality management of medical records is regarded as an important approach to medical quality management, starting from the aspects of the quality of medical record management and the quality of medical record writing, formulating norms and implementing them. Regular inspections and evaluations are performed, and the evaluation results are linked to the bonuses of medical personnel, effectively improving the quality of medical records, and thus promoting the improvement of medical quality in our hospital.
