当前司法实践中暴露出的一些问题,突显出我国现行侦查机制的落实,也折射出我国刑事侦查活动监督的不足。针对当前刑事侦查活动监督中存在的监督意识淡薄、保障机制缺乏、监督方式单一等问题,有必要重构现有侦查活动监督机制,通过进一步转变观念,增强刑事侦查活动监督意识,完善立法,确立侦查活动监督的保障机制,规范和完善侦查活动监督的工作方式等,规范和促进刑事侦查规范化法治化,实现保障人权公正司法的目的。
