广州中医学院附院内科近年来采用紫地汤冰冻洗胃法治疗10例上消化道大出血的住院患者,其中9例止血成功,呕血均在洗胃一次后停止,大便潜血试验阴转时间4～7天。引起出血原因:胃、十二指肠溃疡出血8例,肝硬化合并食道、胃底静脉曲张破裂出血2例。临床表现:反复呕血及柏油样大便,伴头晕心悸等全身症状,而红蛋白4～7克％,8例血压下降低于正常。治法:紫珠草、地稔根各150克,水煎浓缩为500毫升,加防腐剂。用前将紫地汤1,000毫升置于冰箱或冰块中冰冻至3～4℃。插置胃管,经胃管注入800毫升,协助患者左右转动体位,使药
