一、概况 1985年11月27日某水泥厂一座一端直经为2.5M,另一端直径3.1M,总长78M的回转水泥窑在仃窑检修时于晚上9时发生窑体爆裂。在周长为7919mm的窑体上出现5719mm长的环状裂纹,占整个周长的72％。经过修补,并加了八块加固板,运行一个多月后于1986年1月2日凌晨仃窑检查时又发生了窑体爆裂,裂纹长度3553mm,占周长的45％。 在这么短的时间内连续发生如此严重的窑体爆裂现象,对正常生产和人身安全造成
