[Issue] East China 2002 “Budget Management and Accounting” seminar was held in Taining County, Fujian Province from July 4 to July 7. The seminar was chaired by Xia Zhiming, Shanghai Finance Bureau. Participants in the seminar included Li Huizhong, executive vice president of the National Budget Accounting Research Association, Gu Mengqun, director of the budget department of the Ministry of Finance, Xie Shui-long, former deputy director of the Department of Finance of Fujian Province, and financed by provinces and municipalities (including the cities specifically designated in the plan) Office (Bureau) Budget Office, Treasury, Budget Accounting Research
