“5.12”汶川大地震对建筑物造成了极大的破坏,地震中房屋倒塌约300~400万间,产生的废弃混凝土达到300万m3以上。废弃混凝土中又含有大量的砂、石,经过适当工艺处理,部分砂石可以用作再生骨料,用于制备水泥混凝土。如果将其进行合理的利用,将带来显著的社会效益和环境效益。本文试验研究了再生粗骨料取代率、砂率、水灰比等因素对再生混凝土和易性的影响,研究揭示的基本规律如下:再生粗骨料取代率提高,混凝土拌合物流动性明显降低,粘聚性、保水性增强,泌水率减小;砂率、水灰比对再生混凝土拌合物性能的影响规律与其对普通混凝土的影响规律相似。
