我厂在一防海水腐蚀的大型特种钢部件上堆焊铝青铜时,采用了熔化极氩弧自动堆铜焊新工艺。大家知道,异种金属由于物理化学性质不同,焊接是比较困难的。尤其在淬火倾向大的特种钢上堆焊9~2铝青铜时,很容易产生裂纹、气孔、夹渣等缺陷。何况要在重1吨、直径2米的大工件上进行凹槽堆焊,工艺上就更为复杂,稍有不慎,会造成脱层和渗铜现象,使堆焊层达不到技术要求。用普通气焊、手工氩弧焊,生产率低,耗氩量多,劳动强度大,质量更难以保证,因此采用了熔化极自动氩弧堆焊。我们作了如下几项工作:
