珠海市新一届人大常委会于1994年3月产生后,在常委会及其党组的多次会议上,专门研究了人大的宣传工作,大家都迫切地感到需要有一个自己的宣传阵地,决定创办《珠海法制报》。在有关部门的支持下,《珠海法制报》申领了省内出版刊号,于今年2月份开始试刊,4月份正式创刊,现已出版30多期。《珠海法制报》为周报,对开四版。一版为新闻版,侧重人大新闻、法制新闻;二版为理论版,着重探讨地方人大工作和民主法制建设问题,并刊登新颁法律法规;三版为社会版,反映广大群众心声,披露社会问题;四版为文艺版,突出法制文艺。
